This is a very large accomplishment for our organization and is an obvious testament to the incredible team of faculty and staff assembled and serving at Valley Christian.
The selection process required at least a 92% satisfaction rate from an in-depth faculty and staff survey, and also took into consideration additional data provided to the selecting group about our employee benefits, organizational culture, and more.
