Champions Circle

In 2017, VCS leadership identified a need for the school to move toward long-term financial sustainability. They recognized that our mission to equip students to be culture changers for Christ could not be accomplished without careful strategic planning.

In answer to this need, Champions Circle was born. Champions Circle consists of members of our community who are champions of the mission of VCS and are financially championing its long-term development and growth. Champions Circle members partner with VCS by committing to a multi-year pledge. This allows us to start each fiscal year with donations we can count on so we may accurately plan for future projects.

Champions Circle members partner with VCS by making long-term pledges and annual gifts of $1,000, $2,500, $5,000, or $10,000 (or another gift that is meaningful to them). As a direct result of their support, Valley Christian has been able to increase the number of grade levels served, improve existing programs, and add new programs that make Valley Christian “uniquely better.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.  What is the Champions Circle?

A. The Champions Circle supports our initiative of long-term financial sustainability for Valley Christian. Champions Circle allows us to start each fiscal year with donations we can count on, giving us flexibility in moving forward with new projects and programs.

Q.  What pledges are you looking for?

A.  Ideally, we are looking for pledges of $1,000 or more for 5 years or more. Most donors give at one of our 4 giving levels:

  • Bronze Champion $1,000
  • Silver Champion $2,500
  • Gold Champion $5,000
  • Platinum Champion $10,000

Other donors give at levels that are meaningful to them… whether it’s $25/month, $7,500/year, or something different entirely.

Q.  What are Champions Circle gifts used for?

A: Our tuition covers our annual operational needs, so this fund allows us to offer new and better opportunities for students each year. In recent years, these funds have helped us launch our 1:1 technology program (iValley), improve existing facilities across our campus, and launch additional grade levels, among other things.

Q.  HOW CAN I MAKE MY GIFT?

A.  You can make your gift on this page via a credit card, debit card, or checking account, or via cash or check to the school office (please note or memo “Champions Circle”).

Q. WILL YOU REMIND ME TO FULFILL MY PLEDGE?

A.  Yes! In addition to regular communications from the Development Office throughout the year, you will receive a reminder/invoice in May of each year, encouraging you to fulfill your pledge (unless you’ve already done so earlier in the fiscal year).
