Biography
Nicole grew up in Southern California and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree and Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University. Upon graduating, she returned to California and taught third grade in a public school and then worked as a Homeschool Education Specialist for a charter school for grades K-12. Nicole was blessed with the opportunity to homeschool her own children for 9 years before moving to Arizona in 2019. She joined the Valley Christian family as a parent in 2019, and then as a staff member in 2021.
Nicole is passionate about teaching literacy and math using a multi-sensory approach to learning. She loves working with middle school students to help them gain confidence in both reading and math. Nicole serves in Children’s ministry with her three daughters at CCV Chandler. She loves teaching kids about Jesus and helping them grow as Christ-centered difference makers.
