Chorale
Course Description
This course is intended to help students who are serious about singing to further develop their talents and their specific voices. Chorale members are exposed to more serious and challenging choral literature and the sense of ensemble is emphasized. Classroom time involves not only singing together but holding each other accountable spiritually, and learning how to effectively present the message of Christ through music. The time commitment goes beyond the classroom time and beyond the time the Concert Choir spends outside the Classroom. There are many concerts through the school year. Chorale members are also required to be members of the Concert Choir. Full year—1 credit.
