Trojan Wrestling finished 10th in last weekend’s section tournament. Senior Gavin Stinson (18-5) and junior Riley Nelson (14-7) each finished in the top four of their weight class to advance to the state championships on February 12-13 in Prescott Valley.
Riley will be wrestling in the 126 lb. class as the 10-seed and Gavin is the 11-seed in the 152 lb. weight class. Good luck to our Trojan wrestlers at the state championships!
