We were extremely honored to be nominated for a People’s Choice Award and to be a part of the Chandler Volunteer Recognition Awards. Congratulations to our students and staff for earning this nomination because of their amazing volunteer work that they did at this year’s all-school service day during Spiritual Emphasis Conference.
Because of our students’ work at Pancakes and Pavers, our students and faculty helped various nonprofits in Chandler with facility improvements to better serve their communities and provided a community breakfast to those in need. At AZCEND, our students accomplished the equivalent more than $61,000 in work towards improving their facility.
Congratulations to fellow nominee Bob Dahlpe for being awarded the People’s Choice Award for volunteering his time to help our local Veterans. Also, congrats to Niki Cummings for being nominated because of her passion to help our local Chandler Fire Department.
