Chandler, AZ – Continuing in their effort to meaningfully connect alumni with the school, Valley Christian announced an alumni giving campaign Friday called 10 at 10.
The campaign gives alumni the opportunity to contribute a small but meaningful gift of $10 each month, which will be used to kickstart the school’s newly established endowment fund.
VCHS released a 2-minute promo video outlining different ways in which the school is connecting with alumni. The video also explains the 10 at 10 campaign and the goal to find 10% of alumni who will give $10 per month to benefit Valley students.
The school hopes that the automatic giving – gifts will be processed monthly via credit card, debit card, or checking account – will encourage those to participate who like to “set it and forget it.” With auto bill pay now the standard for monthly payments, Valley Christian anticipates positive response to the recurring giving option.
10 at 10 launched with 15 alumni already committed, and the school hopes to reach their goal of 10% (of total alumni) by the end of 2015.
