The Trojan Speech Team competed at the Winter Trophy at Greenway High School. Eleven students competed at the third tournament of the season for VCHS.
Valley Christian had eight students advance to the semifinals and three advance to finals in four categories. Maddie Edmonds advanced to the finals in Program Oral Interpretation and won the event. LJ Gomez finished third in POI and fifth in Impromptu and Hannah Vasquez finished fourth in prose.
