Biography
Taylie, a proud native of Chandler, Arizona, has deeply rooted herself in the desert lifestyle and relishes every opportunity to bask in the sun. Her teaching journey commenced at Chandler Christian Academy, where she dedicated herself to shaping the minds of second-grade students. With the opening of Valley Christian Schools’ Elementary campus in 2019, Taylie seamlessly transitioned to the new environment. She wholeheartedly embraced her role as a second-grade teacher until 2022 when she embarked on a new adventure, teaching first grade. Presently, Taylie finds immense joy in guiding and nurturing fourth-grade students at VCS. She cannot express enough her heartfelt gratitude for the extraordinary community and staff at Valley Christian.
With a genuine love for learning and an unwavering commitment to creating a safe, loving, and nurturing classroom environment, Taylie lives and breathes her passion for teaching. Each day, she ensures her students remain engaged and having fun while being loved and supported by their teacher.
Taylie’s personal life has recently been adorned with the bliss of marriage as she exchanged vows with her wonderful husband, Landan, in February 2023. Together, they share an adventurous spirit and enjoy traveling, exploring thrilling dates, and cherishing moments with their fur babies, Nani (a German Shepherd), and Twix (a Calico cat).
Above all, Taylie’s love for Jesus resonates deeply within her, and she actively nurtures her relationship with Him. As an educator, her greatest joy lies in teaching her students about the boundless love of their Savior and guiding them in their journey to seek Him and His Kingdom.
