Biography
Kimberly Hirsch was born and raised in Southern California. She attended Azusa Pacific University where she fell in love with secondary education. Kimberly worked at South Hills High School in West Covina, California for 15 years where she not only taught English, she also developed curriculum and assessments for the school district. One of her favorite things she did while at South Hills was start the choir. She continued teaching at South Hills until she and her family made the decision to move out of California.
Kimberly moved to Arizona in 2021 and began teaching at Valley Christian High School in January 2022. Since teaching at Valley, she has enjoyed being involved not only in the academics, but the school culture that Valley is so great at. You can almost always see her dressed up during our Spirit Weeks and dancing during the teacher dances, making a fool of herself all for the fun of education and school spirit. Kimberly has been married to her wonderful husband, Corey, since 2007 and together they have two beautiful children, Kaydence and Camden.
When she’s not at school, you can find her cheering on her favorite two athletes who play volleyball and football. Kimberly also has a big heart for worship, so you can find her leading worship at her church on the weekends. Kimberly’s all time favorite thing to do is spend time with her family.
