Dominican Republic

Students will journey from Phoenix to the Dominican Republic, where they will partner with Mission of Hope to minister to impoverished families. Our ministry will include 3 areas of focus:

  • Running a VBS Program for local children in the area we are assigned to by the local church/pastor (We will plan and prepare this prior to going.)
  • Service projects (Last year, we painted two houses belonging to church members.)
  • Personal door-to-door evangelism to homes selected by the local pastor
