Biography
Andrew was born and raised in Sioux Center, Iowa. He is the brother to three sisters, and the uncle to two nephews. He attended Dordt College where he majored in Secondary Education, and History (American and World).
While at Dordt he was a member of the golf team, a board member for the FACT Club (Future Active Christian Teachers), a member of the CAPC (Curriculum and Academic Policies Committee) and stayed involved with coaching 7th and 8th grade sports all throughout his time there.
Last Spring Andrew lived in Michigan where he taught 7th and 8th grade history at Western Michigan Christian School.
Some of Andrew’s favorite hobbies are golf, basketball, hiking, tubing, skiing, being outdoors, and spending time with friends. He also enjoys spending time with his family, especially being an uncle and spoiling his two nephews.
