20 Valley Christian students will be auditioning at the West Regional Choir and Band Auditions this weekend. The competition is held at Mountain Pointe High School.
19 singers and one instrumentalist will be auditioning for the Regional Choir and Band. The singers will perform solos and sight-reading while the instrumentalist will perform three etudes and scales and sight-reading. All of the singers are performing in Italian and are being accompanied by Joanna Banta, Linda Yarbrough, Rosemary Mehan and Pastor Bryan Starner.
Auditioning for the Regional Choir: Jesus Briceno, Erin Covert, Danielle Decker, Katie Dunn, Gracie Gentile, Lauren Grattopp, Taylor Haagsma, Jordan Kortman, Justin Kuiper, Rachel Langston, Cameron Lau, Brandon Mouer, Stephen Parisi, Jennie Pursley, Brayden Stevens, Mandy Thompkins, Caden Tonkinson, Rachael Townsend and Jacob Waterhouse.
