Chandler, AZ – We are thrilled to announce that Bella Burrus, one of our students at Valley Christian Schools’ Tempe campus, has been named “Student of the Week” by AZCentral! This recognition is a testament to her incredible work ethic, passion for the arts, and heart for serving our students.
AZCentral highlighted Bella’s remarkable contribution to the school’s K-8 art program, noting how she has generously volunteered her time to help ensure its success. With a deep love for art and teaching, Bella has stepped up this year, offering one of her open class periods each week to co-teach fourth grade art alongside a parent volunteer. Her efforts have helped enrich the students’ learning experience, nurturing their creativity in a hands-on and collaborative environment.
