The R.L. Johnson Family Foundation

The R.L. Johnson Family Foundation is committed to Christian education and seeks to support middle school (grades 5-8) families who need tuition assistance. VCS is grateful to Mr. Roz Johnson and his family for this intentional and tremendous gift to families.

APPLICATION CRITERIA

Financial need-based scholarship for a current Middle School VCS family.

 

AWARD AMOUNT

$5,000, one-time scholarship, to be awarded and distributed annually.

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Applicants must have a child enrolled in VCS middle schools (grades 5-8).
  • Applicant families must have a FACTS Grant and Aid application completed and on file for the school year the scholarship applies.

  • From there, click on “Tuition Assistance Guide.”
  • #3 in this guide is information on Internal Financial Aid. You can access the FACTS Grant and Aid application there.

 

INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLY

  • Current FACTS Grant and Aid application on file.
  • The deadline for applying is July 31st.
  • Scholarships will be announced in August.
