Dear pastors, parents, and professors,
Hi my name Raul Costea. I am the senior Pastor of Hope Church located
in Dranganesti, Romania. The church’s vision is to impact people for Christ on a local, region, and international level. www.hoperomania.org
We want to express our gratitude for sending the Valley Christian High School Missions Class. The impact that they had in our ministry cannot be measured in words, but we have received a great blessing because of their influence in our lives. Their encouragement was a genuine service for our souls.
We accomplished our vision for Hope Church in various ways over the week. One way we fulfilled our church’s vision was by delivering several hundred New Testaments. Over 500 people now have a New Testament in their homes. The student’s ability to boldly share the Gospel with others helped our church to spread the Word. Also, many families received seeds for gardening. In this way, a door was opened to bless the people in our community. As you may already know, our ministry impacts students at the University campus as well. We not only pray for that campus, but were also able to share the Gospel with its students. Also, an extra offering was given to the women on campus in the form of flowers from Women’s Day. In the ministry, the widows were not neglected and experienced a blessing and encouragement from your group. Two kids’ clubs were blessed by your youth through Bible stories, songs, and games. The kids’ ministry helps children without Christ to experience the love of the Lord. There were many blessings in home visits as many were encouraged. A blessing that was heavily experienced occurred Sunday. The students shared their testimonies, led our worship, and one of the professors delivered a message from Scripture.
We know that not everyone can do overseas missions, but noticing your people that were sent here by you, we want to thank you for your investment as a pastor, parent, and teacher. The way your youth edified the people here speaks to you as senders. We want to thank you for you financial support of them, your prayers, and for sending them here. Our hope is to foster this relationship and continue to pray for one another, visit one another, and develop a relationship for God’s glory that extends his kingdom on earth.
