Scholarship criteria include high school completion by spring of 2017, Pell-eligibility, enrollment by fall 2017 with a commitment to pursue and complete a career or technical certificate/degree, and United States citizenship. the Association will award up to 1020 scholarships in 2017 with a maximum award amount of $2,500 depending on the length and cost of the program.
