If I have not had the pleasure of meeting you yet, my name is Jill Schiemann (aka GCU Jill) and I am your personal Admissions Counselor for VCHS. I understand you have many universities from which to choose and I appreciate you taking the time to see if GCU is right for you. I did want to remind you of a few scholarships and deadlines below. Additionally it is very important that we meet sooner than later if you are considering GCU to go over all of these deadlines in person and make sure you lock in the most amount of scholarships for your son/daughter. We have limited amount of Academic Scholarships this year. (ex- The Chancellors level only has 250 scholarship available) Once the funds are gone- they are gone.

Academic Scholarships
GCU offers many different Academic Scholarships. Limited amounts available this year!
Canyon Christian Consortium Scholarship
On top of the Academic Scholarship- GCU offers a substantial tuition benefit to all VCHS Students. Every year your child attended VCHS they will receive an annual $4000 CCSC Scholarship. (If they are living off campus you would qualify for $1500 annually) Although GCU is a Private Christian university, we are proud that we remain the same price of the in state universities.
Priority One (Nov 30th) $1000 annual Grant- Limited amounts available this year!!!
Another grant opportunity available to you is our annual $1000 Priority Registration Award (PRA). Before NOV 30th you will need to complete your registration packet and pay your $50 deposit. This is the first step in securing your additional $1000 annual grant money and locking in all your academic scholarships. The second step is to have the $250 housing deposit paid by JAN 8TH. This will get you the full $1000 per year. ($4000 over 4 years)
This Priority One Grant is first come, first serve. So once the funds are out- you go down to the next level. – Even if you register BEFORE Nov 30th

If you already have toured GCU Recently- I would be more than happy to meet you at the Starbucks off of Ray Rd. and 52ND Street in the AJ Shopping center.
