Valley Christian will be hosting athletic physicals for the 2016-17 school year on Thursday, May 12th from 3:00-6:00pm in the Bradley Gym. The cost for the physical is $20.
All athletes must have a completed physical for the 2016-17 school year before being allowed to participate in any school athletic activity.
Our team doctor Steve Erickson of the Banner Concussion Center will be conducting the physicals along with qualified medical residents from Banner Hospitals. Forms that need to be filled out are available online and extra copies will also be available.
