Re-enroll at Valley Christian Schools
Re-enrollment for the 2025-26 school year is opening:
Monday, January 27th 2025.
As a returning family, your student is assured their spot until the initial deadline of February 7th.
We are expecting many classes to be filled to capacity for the 2025-26 school year. As a returning family, your student is assured their spot until the initial deadline of February 7th. If we do not receive a completed application by that date, your spot will be opened to transfer students, and current students will enter the registration “pool”.
Re-enrollment online application and re-enrollment fee of $200 are due in early January 2025 to secure your seat. This is due when submitting your application for re-enrollment (February each year) and holds a spot for the student at VCS. It is non-refundable unless the student moves more than 30 miles away from VCS prior to the first day of school. Please note: $200 is submitted with your re-enrollment packet but total cost of re-enrollment is $395. However, the remaining $195 is waived if parent/guardian participates in Parent University by August 1. Please read more information about Parent University here: Parent University.
The following is required for re-enrollment for the 2025-26 school year:
- Re-enrollment application submitted online through FACTS and our Family Online Portal. Instructions on how to access are listed below.
- $200 re-enrollment fee paid online at time of re-enrollment submission.

Click the button for Re-Enrollment to go to FACTS Family Portal.
Type in your username and password (District Code is VCHS-AZ).
After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.
Click on the Enrollment/Re-Enrollment link.
