The Dan Kuiper Master Teacher Scholarship Fund

Teachers are the heart of Valley Christian Schools. They help to shape the lives of our children, equipping students to be culture changers for Christ. To recognize and support these mission critical employees, The Dan Kuiper Master Teacher Scholarship Fund is established to support continuing education opportunities for faculty members at VCS. In honor of Dan’s legacy as a master teacher, VCS would like to support and encourage current VCS teachers to pursue additional degree, certificate, and licensure programs in order to become a master teacher at VCS.

The Dan Kuiper Master Teacher Scholarship Fund funds the school’s Continuing Education for Teachers program.

Continuing Education for Teachers Program

The Dan Kuiper Master Teacher Scholarship Fund is a newly established endowment fund at VCS which will fund the school’s Continuing Education for Teachers program. This fund will be fully funded once it reaches a principal balance of $50,000.

Once funded at $50,000, VCS will be able to distribute earnings from the fund at approximately $3,000 per year, supporting 3-5 VCS teachers each year.

How It Works

STEP 3: Once accepted to that program, apply for the CEFT program at VCS.
