The Valley Christian Faculty and Staff for 2017-18.

We are underway in our 36th school year and we cannot be more excited for this year. We have been blessed with a record enrollment this school year and are at our current capacity. In addition to being our largest class, this is also our most diverse class. It is incredible to see our growing student population represent so many race, church, school, and family backgrounds, and come together for a distinctly Christian education to learn and prepare and be a part of our family.

With the increased demand for a Valley Christian education, we are actively moving forward with our strategic plan to expand our facilities so we can continue to add programs, increase value, and serve a growing student population.

This year will also be the inaugural year for our ENGAGE Program. This program will serve our desire to connect students with our community, state, nation, and world. As our world continues to shrink with global technology and communication advances, Christians must learn how to navigate and interact with people of differing backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. Jesus saves from every tribe, tongue, language, and people, therefore ENGAGE gives students a transformative educational experience from a local, national, and global scale. The program launches this year with five experiences for students to choose from.

We also spent a lot of time this summer upgrading our physical facilities. We resurfaced our parking lot, repainted the exterior of our buildings, replaced all of our internal and external lights with LED lighting, turned our solar power on, installed lights at the softball field, built new storage and training room spaces in the gym, made changes to the locker rooms for increased student safety, purchased two mini buses for activities, and built a coaches office for our off-campus coaches in the second floor of the gym weight room lobby. We are very thankful for the generosity of donors who funded several of these improvement projects.

These are just a few of the new things on campus this fall. Obviously, facilities and programs are only part of a student’s education experience at Valley Christian. We pray God’s blessing on this year and are excited to see how God uses our students, faculty, and staff to grow Christian leaders to make an impact for His Kingdom in our community and world.

This is truly a historic year for our school. We hope you feel that excitement and join us on this journey!
