Valley Christian School proudly celebrated the VCS Spring College Athletic Signings, honoring five student-athletes who have committed to continuing their athletic and academic journeys at the collegiate level. This exciting moment highlights not just their impressive talents but also their hard work, dedication, and faith-filled leadership.
Emma Clark, an elite mountain biker, signed with Milligan University, where she will join her brother on the team. Her coach praised her as a “light for Christ,” reflecting the heart and determination she brings both on and off the trail. Emma’s journey represents the spirit of VCS athletics: competitive, passionate, and Christ-centered.
Twin brothers Carson and Kyle Grier will take their talents to Wheaton College, playing basketball at the next level. Remarkably, the Grier twins have never lost a state championship, securing the title four years in a row. Their commitment, leadership, and excellence on the court have set a high bar for VCS athletics.
Baseball standout Berkeley Kaiser signed with Arizona Christian University. His coach shared glowing remarks, emphasizing Berkeley’s potential and the bright future ahead of him. His performance and character have made a lasting impact on VCS’s baseball program.
Matthew Merritt signed to Ottawa University for baseball on campus. We’re so proud of him, and so are his parents. He has a great future ahead!
Lastly, Emma Malmin will join Northern Arizona University’s cheer team. A dynamic athlete and dedicated teammate, Emma’s coach commended her talent and unwavering support of her squad throughout her time at VCS.
The VCS Spring College Athletic Signings mark not only the end of an era but the beginning of a new chapter for these incredible athletes. Their legacies will inspire future Trojans for years to come.
