Biography
Cheryl Zimmerman grew up on the “other side of town” and graduated from Peoria High School. She is grateful and excited to be teaching 7-8 grade science at the Tempe Campus, encouraging students to work in community to study God’s heart for us in his creation and solve problems together. She is married to a wonderful husband, Michael, and they have two children. Their youngest is studying Robotics and Autonomous Systems Engineering at ASU Polytechnic on a National Merit Finalist Scholarship. Her family loves to ride the mountain bike dirt trails together and Cheryl loves to worship and spend time with her family. She has been teaching since the beginning of the new millennium and is blessed to know many VCS families from the years she taught at Chandler Christian Academy and here blessed time here at VCS. May the Lord be magnified in her life!
