Biography
Beth was born in Minnesota, moving to Arizona in 1987. She has five children and 5 grand children. She homeschooled her children for 21 years before entering the workforce after a long stay at home. Before homeschooling, she worked in the food industry, part owner of a restaurant and catering company. She also worked in nursing homes as a CNA and ward secretary. Most recently, she taught at a small Christian school in Phoenix for ten years. She attends Christ Church of Gilbert and teaches Sunday school at least twice a month and is a member of a weekly small group. She enjoys any activities with the family, especially sleepovers with the grand children. Being outdoors and enjoying God’s Creation are high on her “love to do” list. Reading and cooking are also favorites.
