Brazil

Students will journey from Phoenix to Manaus, Brazil, where they partner with Amazon Hope to bring the Gospel to communities who live along the Amazon River. After receiving orientation, students will spend a week on Amazon Hope’s boat (must like being on a boat!), going up and down the Amazon building relationships with people in the hope to share the Good News. Students will participate in assisting with medical clinics, eye glass clinics, ministering in orphanages, and VBS for the kids. Heavy emphasis on door-to-door evangelism and Bible study with locals.
