Mrs. Morgan spent her happy childhood in Central California near San Francisco and moved to Arizona in 1984 where she attended high school and then college in the north valley. She married her Pastor husband Scott Morgan at 22 and began their calling to to be in full-time ministry together using their God given gifts to serve the church and beyond. Mrs. Morgan has been singing, leading worship and performing in musicals for audiences since she was 12 years old and fulfilled her dream of teaching her passion for the performing arts to children in 2008. Mrs. Morgan has taught in public charter schools, private Christian schools and here at Valley (her favorite) since 2001. When time allows, she offers small group and private vocal lessons and recitals throughout the year. Mrs. Morgan also loves the theater environment and enjoys spending her free time attending plays, musicals, rock concerts, comedy shows and worship nights. Mrs. Morgan and her husband Scott have 3 Valley Christian children one of which is now at Grand Canyon University and 2 strong strapping boys who play football at Valley Christian High- Go Trojansl! When not teaching, Mrs. Morgan helps manage and sound engineer the live music nights at- SoZo Coffeehouse in Chandler, which is also the gathering place for their missional church plant- Missio Dei Community Church on Sunday mornings. Mrs. Morgan is enjoying a thriving ministry, a loving family, and exciting school life. The intentional connections that she makes to share Jesus Christ through all of these platforms is a joy and blessing for her and the community she serves.
