Biography
Kim is an Arizona native who grew up in the East Valley. She has been married for 20 years and has three daughters who have all attended Valley Christian. Before teaching at Valley, Kim spent four years teaching at Rift Valley Academy, a boarding school for missionary children in Kenya, as well as teaching in the Higley School District and Grace Christian Academy. She has also worked on staff at Phoenix Home and Garden magazine as an editorial assistant. Kim is passionate about missions and leads the Kenya ENGAGE team. In addition, she is the NHS advisor for the Valley chapter of the National Honor Society. Her favorite activities include attending Valley sporting events to watch her kids and her students play, hiking and grading papers on the beach in Rocky Point, Mexico.
