Biography
Scott Timmer started at Valley Christian High School as the Vice-Principal in 1997. He has served Valley Christian in leading roles on school accreditation teams and writing curriculum for the Health and PE departments. Scott currently teaches health, Physical Education, and weight training. One of the winningest girls basketball coaches in Arizona history, Scott has won two state championships and over 500 games.
Scott has served on the School Board at Phoenix Christian Grade School Pre-K-8, seved as elder at Palm Lane Christian Reform Church, and has been a speaker at ACSI conventions.
Scott also enjoys fishing, camping, playing board games, and hosting parties. Scott is happily married to Julie for 25+ years. They have four children who have all graduated from Valley Christian: Bryan ’13, Mitchell ’15, Megan ’17 and Zack ’19.
