On Tuesday, November 11, a very unique and special experience will take place during Valley Christian’s chapel service! Veterans are invited to join the students and staff for this time of remembrance and celebration.
In honor of Veterans’ Day, we will recognize and thank veterans and active members of all branches of our military who are in attendance, involve special speakers to share about the sacrifices necessary to maintain our freedoms, offer to take pictures of family members in attendance, enjoy special music for the occasion, and have a small reception for our off-campus guests right after the chapel.
Patriotism will run high during this chapel time! There will also be a spiritual emphasis to this special chapel as we highlight our need for God’s guiding hand and recall our nation’s Biblical roots.
Please plan to join us in the gymnasium on November 11 for our Veterans’ Day chapel service at 9:00am.
We are also collecting photos of our Veterans to show in the chapel service. If you have a picture of a relative or VC alumnus who served, please complete the online form below and help us recognize them.
Veterans can RSVP to attend the chapel online.
If you have a family member or VC alumnus who has served or is currently serving our nation, we want to honor them whether or not they will be with us in chapel that morning! Please submit a picture and complete a quick online form so we can include them in our service.
