The end of our first academic quarter is drawing near, so it is time to schedule parent-teacher conferences. Fifteen minute appointments are available on Monday, October 20th from 12:30-4:15pm and Tuesday, October 21st from 12:30-4:15pm and from 5:30-7:45pm.
We encourage you to take advantage of this time to collaborate with the teachers regarding your student’s progress. We look forward to this opportunity to meet you and discuss our partnership in your student’s success.
Please decide which teachers you would like to see and call the VCHS conference line, (480)705-8888 ext. 205. We will be taking requests on a first-come, first-served basis and will do our best to schedule your conferences as close to each other as possible. The office may also contact you to set up an appointment if a teacher has requested a conference for a specific student.
Conferences scheduled after October 17th should be made directly with the teacher(s). The school day will end for students at 11:45am on both Monday, October 20th and Tuesday, October 21st.
