Biography
Melissa grew up on the East Coast and attended Geneva College as a Biblical Studies major. After graduating with her Master’s of Social Work Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, she ventured to California to work with Youth for Christ. In California, she met her husband, and they have been married for 23 years. Shortly after, God called them to Arizona, where they have raised their four kids – three girls and one boy.
Melissa has worked in a variety of social work and ministry settings, including microschool administration, homeschool co-op leadership, children’s ministry program coordination, and home health care office administration. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports, spending time with family, traveling, and relaxing with a good book or puzzles.
