Parent University: 2026 Session 4 Childcare Form

We are excited that you will be joining us for Parent University: 2026 Session 4 on Tuesday, July 21 at 6:30pm the Tempe Campus Chapel (D) Building.

Please note that childcare is available only for children who have been pre-registered by completing the form below no later than Tuesday, July 14.

To receive attendance credit for this event, both you and your child(ren) must be checked in by 6:45pm. If your child(ren) will be attending childcare, please plan to arrive by 6:15pm to allow enough time for check in before the 6:45pm deadline.
